Jérôme Verneret is a member of the Paris Bar since November 2019.

Jérôme advises French companies and subsidiaries of international groups on various aspects of employment law, both on individual and collective issues. In particular, he has developed a solid knowledge in the management of pre-litigation files (negotiated departures, post-termination settlement, etc.), the implementation of new working conditions (change in working hours, change in remuneration, etc.) or various forms of employee savings schemes.

He also acts in litigation cases before the various French courts.

Before joining Ogletree Deakins, he worked in the legal department of the Union des Industries et des Métiers de la Métallurgie (UIMM) and then in the Parisian employment law department of one of the “Magic Circle” firms.

Passionate about chess, Jérôme is also an avid runner and cyclist.
