Jeremy C. Moritz represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law with a distinct emphasis on traditional labor matters. Mr. Moritz handles scores of union organizing drives involving a wide range of businesses. Jeremy’s practice also focuses on the representation of management in collective bargaining and grievance/arbitration proceedings. Jeremy’s National Labor Relations Board experience includes unfair labor practice, representation and jurisdictional dispute proceedings. In addition, he routinely counsels employers regarding labor disputes and all related aspects of strike contingency planning, lockout implementation and staffing considerations.
Jeremy has been named one of the “Top 100 Labor Lawyers in America” for both 2008 and 2009 based upon his representation of management during union elections. He has also been selected as an “Illinois Super Lawyers ‘Rising Star’” for 2009 and 2010. Mr. Moritz has been a member of the American Employment Law Council since 2004.
