Jessica L. Cross

Jessica is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office specializing in business immigration. She represents corporate clients across a wide range of industries including technology, engineering, medical, and academic fields on employing foreign nationals and immigration compliance. She has experience with nonimmigrant visas, immigrant petitions, and permanent residency applications through various government agencies. Jessica also has experience with J-1 Waiver applications for physicians, among other healthcare-related immigration processes. Additionally, Jessica manages corporate immigration compliance through creating I-9 policies and programs for clients.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Jessica was an attorney with a large corporate immigration law firm in New Jersey. She also has prior experience working in immigration law with nonprofit organizations and the U.S. Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review.
