Mallory Zoia is an associate in the St. Louis office where her practice focuses on representing employers in both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, violations of wage and hour laws, and other employment-related claims. In addition to litigating at the state and federal level, Ms. Zoia represents employers in pre-litigation matters before administrative agencies and provides advice and counsel to employers, including drafting handbooks, personnel policies, employment and separation agreements, and other employment-related documents.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Zoia received her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2017, graduating cum laude, and earned a B.A. in Psychology, with minors in Legal Studies and Health Care Ethics, graduating magna cum laude from Saint Louis University. During law school, Ms. Zoia was an Editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal, served as secretary of Phi Delta Phi, and assisted as a SLU LAW Ambassador. In addition, she gained valuable experience as a law clerk at a St. Louis area law firm focusing on civil defense.
